Maren Haynes

Maren Haynes is a PhD Candidate in Ethnomusicology at the University of Washington. Her research explores intersections between popular culture and congregational music in the United States. Maren works as a music minister at Pacific School of Religion in Berkeley, Calif., and First Presbyterian Church of San Rafael, Calif. She plays cello in indie rock bands.
