In the first clip, Peter calls Faith-Based Initiatives (technically the Office of Faith-Based and Neighborhood Partnerships) “an abomination,” asserting that it acts as a “permanent campaign” and noting that it allows the recipients of federal dollars to discriminate in hiring—what he calls “a constitutional trainwreck.” David, who has worked with that office, responds, defending the institution… 

 


 

In this second clip, in light of arguments that gay marriage would ‘harm’ heterosexual marriage, Peter asks David, an evangelical, about his evolving view on gay marriage and gay parenting.
